Torres Pressure Washing

Service Area

Seven cities. One phone number.

We're based in San Antonio and work the greater metro area on a regular weekly rotation. That means same-day or next-day availability for most jobs — and the same crew every time.

01Bexar County

San Antonio

From Stone Oak down through the Southside — residential driveways, soft-wash exteriors, and commercial storefronts across the city.

Roughly two-thirds residential, one-third commercial across San Antonio as a whole. The commercial work is concentrated along corridors like Broadway, Bandera Road, Wurzbach, Loop 1604, and the I-35 frontage — storefronts, restaurants, and small retail centers that benefit from quarterly maintenance.
02Guadalupe County

Schertz

A core market just northeast of San Antonio. Residential driveways, exteriors, and the commercial mix along FM 3009 and the I-35 corridor.

About 70% residential, 30% commercial. The commercial work skews toward small retail and restaurants — we work the off-hours that keeps your customers from noticing.
03Guadalupe County

Cibolo

Newer subdivisions north of Schertz — stucco, stone, and a lot of asphalt-shingle roofs starting to show streaks.

Almost entirely residential. Commercial work in Cibolo is limited but growing — primarily the retail along FM 1103 and a few small office complexes.
04Bexar / Guadalupe / Comal Counties

Selma

Mostly commercial — the retail and restaurant corridor along I-35 and Forum Parkway, plus residential on either side.

About 60% commercial, 40% residential — the only city in our area where the split tips commercial.
05Bexar County

Universal City

Established neighborhoods around Randolph AFB — a lot of mature trees, a lot of concrete worth annual attention.

About 75% residential, 25% commercial. Residential leans heavily toward annual maintenance and pre-listing cleanings.
06Comal County

New Braunfels

Growing residential market — new builds in Veramendi and Vintage Oaks, plus the historic downtown commercial mix.

About 70% residential, 30% commercial. The residential side is split between newer subdivisions (volume work) and older Gruene/downtown homes (specialty work).
07Kendall County

Boerne

Hill Country properties — stone, limestone, and live oak. Historic downtown plus the estate neighborhoods at the city's edge.

About 70% residential, 30% commercial. The commercial work is mostly along Main Street and Highway 87 — restaurants, boutique shops, and professional offices that depend on curb appeal in a town where downtown character matters.

Outside the map?

Within an hour of San Antonio? We'll quote it.

Outside our regular rotation we still take on bigger jobs and recurring commercial work — just expect a small travel premium on the bid.
