The Story
Why this company exists.
The pressure washing market in San Antonio is full of crews running a Home Depot rental and a magnetic sign on a pickup truck. Most of them learn the business on customer driveways — figuring out the wrong way to use a zero-degree tip on someone's $4,000 slab, and the wrong way to spray a stucco wall that doesn't want pressure at all.
Torres Pressure Washing was set up the other way around. Lupe Torres completed certification training before taking on residential work — learning the surface-by-surface decisions that separate cleaning from damaging. Soft wash for siding. Pressure for concrete. The right detergent for the right material. The right cadence so the work lasts.
The company is structured to stay that way. Owner-operated means the person setting the price is the person showing up to do the work — which is the only structure that aligns honest estimates with the actual job. We don't bid low and add charges. We don't sub out the work.

If a stain won't fully lift, we tell you before we charge for it. If a surface doesn't need the work you asked for, we tell you that too.
We use the right method.
Soft wash where it belongs, pressure wash where it belongs. The wrong method causes more damage than the dirt it removes.
We respect what's around the work.
Plants get pre-rinsed and post-rinsed. Pets stay safe. Furniture gets moved and replaced. The wash zone is treated like it belongs to someone — because it does.
